Announcing the Conduct of Leadership Training Seminar for Baguio City Public Teachers on March 24, 2012, March 31, 2012, and April 13, 2012 to be held at Baguio Central School and Quezon Elementary School organized by the alliance of Concerned Teachers (ACT Metro-Baguio) in partnership with the Baguio City School Teachers and Employees Association (BCSTEA).
