DCP BATCH 29 DELIVERY PROCEDURE

What happens during delivery?

1. COURIER calls the division ITO coordinator and recipient school head one day before actual delivery.

2. COURIER arrives at the school to unload number of boxes.

3. The authorized receiver inspects if any of the boxes are open, tampered or not in good condition.

NOTE: The authorized receivers are ALLOWED to open and inspect the packages before receiving and signing the return documents.

4. The authorized receiver signs delivery waybill and gives COURIER a photocopy of the receiver’s ID

The Delivery Waybill is a document which shows that Air21 was able to successfully deliver the items in terms of quantity of boxes and quality of boxes.

FOR THE RECIPIENTS OF BATCH 29 ALONE:

ASI has attached 2 copies (ASI COPY and SCHOOL COPY) of the following documents with the packages:

1 DELIVERY RECEIPT

2 SERIAL NUMBER CHECKLIST

3 INSPECTION & ACCEPTANCE REPORT (IAR)

These documents has to be signed upon delivery as it is included in the returned docs of the courier. If the recipient wants to check the items first before signing the IAR, please know that they are allowed to do so.

DCP BATCH 30 , 31, 32,33 DELIVERY PROCEDURE

What happens during delivery?

1. COURIER calls the division ITO coordinator and recipient school head one day before actual delivery.

2. COURIER arrives at the school to unload number of boxes.

3. The authorized receiver inspects if any of the boxes are open, tampered or not in good condition.

NOTE: Only ASI Representatives are allowed to break the seals.

Once tampered with, the school will be responsible for any damages or losses.

4. The authorized receiver signs delivery waybill and gives COURIER a photocopy of the receiver’s ID

The Delivery Waybill is a document which shows that Air21 was able to successfully deliver the items in terms of quantity of boxes and quality of boxes.

5. The school keeps the boxes safe and unopened until the authorized installer arrives

New Update 1- 08/17/2016- From the Supplier (ASI)

Please be reminded that for Batches 30, 31,32 and 33, we will send our Authorized service partner(ASP) for installation and training. Kindly remind the recipients that ALL BOXES SHOULD BE LEFT UNOPENED until our ASP arrives. When the boxes were opened BEFORE INSTALLATION DATE or without the presence of our ASP, ASI will no longer be responsible for any loss or damages.

New Update 2- 08/17/2016- From the Supplier (ASI)

Moving forward, please inform the recipient schools under your Division that our courier is using a thermal sticker now, they will not provide any document for the school upon delivery. To check the number of boxes they are supposed to receive, you can refer to the attached file or the recipient can check on the thermal sticker on the side of the box (it says 1 of 27 or so). They can also photocopy the document in which they sign during the delivery.

These documents are inside the master box, and is to be signed after installation and training in the presence of our Authorized Service Partner (ASP). ASI copy will be taken by our partner. Please take note that the recipients are not allowed to open the packages until our ASP arrives.
