As per consultation with DepEd Central Office, the installation of all DCP packages will proceed, ready or not. This is to avoid any delay in the implementation of the program. Recipients were informed of the e-readiness requirements during the field staff meeting which was held on September 2017 at the Division Office Conference Hall, and therefore expected to have complied before the delivery period.

The School Property Custodian shall sign the IAR only if the packages are in order and deployed functional.

The training shall be six (6) hours and must be maximized. ICT Coordinators and laboratory in-charge are expected to be familiar with the operation of the equipment after the training, the Division ICT Team will validated this later.

During the training, demonstration of how to recover the operating system shall be covered.

Schools are also requested to update the office by sending (email to depedbaguiocity@gmail.com) scanned copy of the following documents:

  1. Delivery receipt
  2. Inventory and Acceptance Report (IAR)
  3. Property Transfer Record/Receipt (PTR)
  4. Training attendance and pictures
