To access the WinS Online Monitoring System kindly go to: www.deped-wins.sysdb.site
To login to the System, each school is given a unique Username and Password. The format for the Username for each school is “sch<School ID>” and the generic Password is “p“. Both without the quotation marks (e.g. Username: sch123456 / Password: p).
Once logged on each school can now upload the WinS Monitoring System file (Excel file) into the system by clicking Modules then selecting Upload School System. Once the correct file is selected for upload, the system will confirm that you have successfully uploaded a file.
It is also under the Modules menu where you can edit your password. We highly suggest you change your password immediately after initially logging in.
Please upload your school’s data and submit to the Division’s Health and Nutrition Office a printed copy of your WinS Monitoring System Form (Excel File) on or before November 30, 2019.
