In line with our on-going audit of “Bayanihan to Heal as One Act” Funds, specifically the provision of learning resources for the implementation of the Basic Education Learning Continuity Plan (BE-LCP) of the Department of Education, we ask for your cooperation to answer this survey as completely and honestly as possible.
