Regional Offices, Division Offices, Districts and Schools are hereby enjoined to submit list of schools in their areas that are using walkie-talkies or two-way handheld radios for radio-based instruction, and list of schools with no cellphone signals. Those who will be submitting the requested lists on or before December 4, 2020, Friday, at 5:00pm will be considered as recipients of two-way radios that may be procured under the Bayanihan 2 law.
