Question: How to download the app?
Answer: Click this link to download the app, (alternative download link) if installation does not start automatically, open your file explorer/download history to look for the APK or app file/installer.
Tips: You can right click on the download link and click “save link as..” or “download link”

Question: What should I choose during the registration?
Answer: For Members of the Electoral Board (EBs), Support Staff >> Choose “I am with the EBM”, For DESO, DESO Staff and PSDS >> Choose “I am a PSDS”
Question: I am handling clustered precincts, space provided cannot accommodate all the precinct encoded/typed, also, space and special characters were not accepted when I tried?
Answer: If you are handling clustered precincts (more than one precinct), please just type ClusteredPrecinct, and Input all the Precincts in the Other Incidents/Comments afterwards

- During the registration, choose from the list the public school nearest to your polling center or area of assignment.
- In the text box where you enter the Barangay name, include your polling center using the format (without the brackets): [Barangay] [space] [Polling Center] ex: San Luis Village San Luis Village Day Care Center
This is how you can enter polling centers not included in the list
Question: What if only one member of the EBs have access to internet or needed device to send the report?
Answer: One report coming from the group (EB) will do, but everyone is encouraged to use the app to send report.
Question: What if nobody from the group is capable of using the app, or due to problems that cannot be avoided, the use of app for reporting cannot push trough?
Answer: Please refer to this Regional Memorandum for manual reporting by the PSDS assigned to the area. (with printable templates)
