NEW MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION
Requirements for new members:
- Should be an employee of DepEd-CAR
- Fill up membership form
- Attend Membership Education Seminar (P.M.E.S.) beneficiaries
- Paid minimum share of 5,000
- Paid membership fee P100.00 and passbook P60.00
- 2 pcs picture (1×1)
MEMBER’S BENEFITS

- Interest on Savings Account with at least 2% per annum
- Members in good standing can avail of:
TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT LOAN up to P75,000 (gadgets, laptops, desktop, cellphones)
EMERGENCY LOAN ( for members in good standing)
>>>> P5,000 (3 month to pay)
>>>> P10,000 (6 month to pay)
SALARY LOAN (up to 1 million with max of 5 years term)
LOAN APPLICATION
How to avail loan:
- Fill up loan application form (signed by the school head)
- Attach latest original payslip
Over the Counter Loan (OTC)
- Must present latest payslip including co-maker’s payslip
- Loan more than 35k should secure Post Dated Check (PDC)
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
1. Share Capital /Fixed Deposit of at least P5,000 and the same shall “NOT” be withdrawn during the depositor’s membership.
2. A duly approved member may open a Savings account, however, no member may open a savings account unless the P5,000 minimum share capital / fixed deposit is first fully paid. Savings Deposits maybe withdrawn during the depositor’s membership at any time that the office of the BCSTEMPC is open for business in accordance with the provisions of the by-laws.
3. Loans may be made to any member in good standing, subject to rules and regulations contained in the By-laws and guidelines and those that may be promulgated by the board of directors or the Cooperative Development Authority. The amount and terms of loan shall be in accordance with by-laws. Fines for non-payment of loans as agreed will be levied unless excused by the board of directors for cause.
