Per review of the athlete’s documents to the Palaro, there is a need to update the following documents:
a. Certificate of completion
b. Medical and dental certificate
c. Signature of Division Sports Coordinator (Benguet)
d. Pictures with name tags (coaches)
Coaches are advised to check and submit all necessary updated documents to the Special Services Division support staff at Mabini Elementary School on april 24, 2012. All athletes and coaches must have complete and updated documents before they join the training period.
